HAS THE GREAT PLEASURE
OF INVITING YOU TO A SPRING CONFERENCE ON:
Harmonization - The Future of European Private
Law?
April 22 - 23, 2013
| Berns Hotel, Näckströmsgatan 8, 111 47 Stockholm |
During the last years the European Union has undertaken an
intensive process of harmonization of Private Law. What are the
problems and advantages with this development? Are there lessons to
be drawn from the Europeisation of Private Law through history?
Which steps have already been taken in order to create a European
Private Law? What will be the future of European Private Law? This
