• NGO Fundraisers registered as NPO Financial Services Pvt Ltd is a
company incorporated in the year 2009 in Bangalore; prior to this
the company was a proprietarily held by Mr. V. Sridhar since the
year 2000 under the banner NGO Fundraisers.
• The company was formed primarily to help raise funds for
deserving NGOs to sustain themselves.
• These NGOs with whom the company works are hand-picked by Mr.
Sridhar himself, on the basis of their credibility and the kind of
service and contribution that they provide to society
• The vision of the company is to support 1000 deserving NGOs
across the country and by doing so, to work towards helping the
poor and helpless thus contributing to the nation building activities.

• In the very early stages of the company, Mr. Sridhar embarked on
several ambitious projects in order to help raise funding through
various channels for NGOs
• As the evolution has continued, after much consideration Mr.
Sridhar has identified individual philanthropy as the largest source
of generation of funds for such organizations.
• Funds come faster though small in numbers. Little drops of such
contributions is contributing quite a substantial funding support to
some deserving organizations. This is what Mr. Sridhar plans to
unleash at the moment
• The company stands at the throes of robust growth today and seeks
the support of interested equity partners to achieve this growth

• A post graduate in Management from IISc, Bangalore; Mr. V. Sridhar
is the founder of NGO Fundraisers
• He worked for various reputed organizations such as Wipro,
Dunlop, Brilliants Computers and Pentasoft, where he managed a
team of 800 under him.
• He also served Amity University who is ranked No.1 in Pvt
Universities and created a unique course for Social Work graduates
under the banner Amity Institute of NGO Management
• He decided to help an NGO after Sri Sankaracharya guided him to
visit an NGO and help them with the problems that they had been
facing
• Initially, he was acting as consultant to various NGOs and helping
them with their fundraising efforts.

• Further as he got involved with helping the NGOs he
realised that there are several such entities that were
involved in doing good work for the community but did
not have the ability to raise the funds that they needed
to proceed with their good work.
• In the end it was serendipity that Mr. Sridhar chose
Fundraising for NGOs as the work that he intends to
pursue
• It is the same pursuit and passion that has resulted in
NGO Fundraisers

The Idea
• NGO Fundraisers would like to invite investors who can
invest a minimum amount of Rs. 1 lac.
• The idea is to raise Rs. 50 Lacs either from 50 investors.
• Every investor will be given an assured returns during
the first year of operations to generate interest in them
to invest more in our organization the next year.
• The investors would be given a choice to become our
share holders after 1 year of their association with us.
• A formal MOU / Agreement can be signed between us
