No one on your Board or management has ever been charged or convicted of bribery, fraud, conspiracy, deception,
money laundering or similar crime.
No one on your Board or management has been declared bankrupt or committed any offence relating to the conduct of
a business.
Appropriate levels of insurance for your project or willingness to increase your insurance.
If you are applying for £10,000 or more:
You must submit financial accounts for past 3 years (or for as long as possible if your organisation is less than 3 years old)
OR If you are a new organisation and can not provide accounts, you must provide a business plan and financial forecast
for the next 3 years

Key questions
How much can I apply for and what can
I include?

Young people will also score applications
Mapping exercise once scores agreed – to ensure sufficient spread of provision to
meet needs – we may ask you to make changes to fill gaps
Final decisions based on score and outcome of mapping exercise
Youth friendly proposal
Applicants need to do two things:

compulsory, send nomination form by Thurs 10th October to
