The Real Food Trend
The way that Australians shop, cook, eat and think about food
has been changing of late:
The real home-cooked meal – a typical meal is now freshly
prepared and shared with the whole family

We’re cooking more, and enjoying it!

Fresh food is best

Health is our motivator

Healthy food is a healthy investment

Where are we heading? The search for authenticity
Research commissioned by Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) 2008
Real Food Festival – Sunshine Coast


The Real Food Festival is a fantastic celebration of the wonderful
variety of food that Sunshine Coast producers, manufacturers and
restaurants have to offer, and a brilliant way to talk, taste and buy
from them.
The various events, demonstrations, discussions and other activities
throughout the weekend mean that the Festival has something for
everyone and is a great way for people to support the best of
Sunshine Coast regional food.
