How to get started?
•
Before Cardio Class
– Member receives a club’s transmitter to attach
to their own chest strap
– Member signs into the session with the same
number as indicated on the assigned
transmitter

During Cardio Class
– Maximum of 28 participants per session
– Instructor guides each individual to the level
of intensity for each target training zone
– Software provides fitness levels and recovery
status during cool down

After Cardio Class
– On-screen summary of each participants
