You can earn 50% of ALL their FastTRACK bonuses through the rank of Executive Coordinator (up to $17,000)*. Program Rules for the 2012/2013 Year FastTRACK is a supercharged career path in Shaklee that helps new distributors reach the rank of Executive Coordinator in 15 months, and rewards them with progressively greater incentives as they reach key milestones along the way There are also two additional FastTRACK levels, at Key Coordinator and Master Coordinator Your FastTRACK clock begins the day you become a Distributor (requires the purchase of a $49.95 Distributor Kit or a Gold PAK) You must be a Gold Ambassador before earning any FastTRACK reward, either by purchasing a Gold PAK or by paying the Gold Ambassador Fee of $199. FastTRACK Director What You Need to Do: – You have 3 full months following the month you become a Distributor to promote to the rank of Director – You must maintain the Paid As Rank of Director the month you promote plus 3 additional months (for a total of 4 consecutive months) plus the month before the Shaklee Global Conference with no Volume Grace Months or waivers in those months What You Earn: – You earn 2 Shaklee Global Conference registrations (up to $500 value) FastTRACK Senior Director What You Need to Do: – Reach Senior Director within 6 full months following the month you become a Distributor – Maintain the Paid As Rank of Senior Director the month you promote plus 3 additional months (for a total of 4 consecutive months) with no Volume Grace Months or waivers – Additional requirement on next page (Senior Director Continued) What You Earn: – $1,000 Bonus Senior Director Example YOU 2000 PGV FastTRACK Senior Director (Continued) What You Need to Do: Senior Director “back-up” example – Your qualifying Director leg must have at least one fully qualified Business Leader with 2000 Unencumbered Group Volume* (later referred to as PGV for simplicity) in each qualifying month YOU – If a First Generation Leader who counts for qualification does not have 2000 Unencumbered Group Volume, then there must be at least one Business Leader in that Business Leader Leg who has 2000 Unencumbered Volume who can count as your “back-up”. 1500 PGV Not enough to qualify 2000* PGV Back-up that does qualify This rule applies to every rank starting at Senior Director through Master Coordinator *Unencumbered Group Volume – A Business Leader’s Personal Group Volume (PGV), excluding the Personal Group Volume of a First Generation Director in the month the First Generation Director promotes. FastTRACK Senior Coordinator What You Need to Do: – Reach the rank of Senior Coordinator within 12 full months following the month you become a Distributor – Maintain the Paid As Rank of Senior Coordinator the month you promote plus 3 additional months (for a total of 4 consecutive months) with no Volume Grace Months or waivers – Plus make sure you complete your volume requirements for Senior Coordinator of 10,000 OV including a special qualification for FastTRACK Senior Coordinator requiring 5000 OV outside of your strongest leg in each qualifying month – Both qualifying Director legs must each have at least one fully qualified Business Leader with 2000 PGV* in each qualifying month What You Earn: – Up to $5,000 in cash bonuses, paid as follows: Hold for four consecutive months per the requirements above - $2,500 Hold for a fifth month (does not need to be consecutive) - $2,500 *As referred to above, PGV is Unencumbered Group Volume as noted on Senior Director slide. FastTRACK Matching Bonuses When you are the Original Sponsor and successfully coach a Distributor through FastTRACK, you earn 50% of each of the FastTRACK bonuses they earn, through the rank of Executive Coordinator – $500 for every Senior Director – $1,500 for every Coordinator – Up to $2,500 for every Senior Coordinator – Up to $12,500 for every Executive Coordinator To earn a Matching Bonus, the Original Sponsor must be a Business Leader with Gold Ambassador status and no Volume Grace Months or waivers, in each of the months that their FastTRACK Senior Director, Coordinator, Senior Coordinator or Executive Coordinator is in maintenance for a FastTRACK award. If you join Shaklee as a Member, your FastTRACK clock does not start until you decide to build a business and become a Distributor with a $49.95 Distributor Kit or with one of our Gold PAKs. FastTRACK Questions & Answers Can I take a Volume Grace Month (VGM) or waiver at any point during my FastTRACK qualification? No. When you take a VGM or waiver, you are automatically disqualified. If there is sufficient time to do so within the FastTRACK requirements, you can start the maintenance period over for that rank. FastTRACK Questions & Answers What happens if one of my First Generation Leaders takes a Volume Grace Month or a waiver or has less than 2000 Volume during my FastTRACK qualification? First Generation Leaders who count for your rank qualification must also maintain their rank without the use of Volume Grace Months or waivers. In the event that your First Generation leader has less than 2000 Unencumbered Group Volume (UGV)* for any reason, a fully qualified Business Leader with 2000 UGV in the same leg can count as a “back-up”. FastTRACK Questions & Answers How do I become eligible to earn FastTRACK Bonuses? Become a Distributor with a $49.95 Distributor Kit or with a Gold PAK. Make sure that if you join Shaklee with a $49.95 Distributor Kit, that you upgrade with the purchase of a Gold PAK before you finish your maintenance qualifications for FastTRACK Director. You must be a Gold Ambassador before earning any FastTRACK reward, either by purchasing a Gold PAK or by paying the Gold Ambassador Fee of $199. FastTRACK Questions & Answers When someone earns a cash award in FastTRACK, how is it determined which upline Business Leader receives the 50% Matching Bonus? The 50% Matching Bonus will be paid to the Original Sponsor* of the FastTRACK participant each time a FastTRACK participant qualifies and earns one of the FastTRACK bonuses. To qualify for a Matching Bonus you must: Be the Original Sponsor of the qualifier. Be a GOLD Ambassador (please check your MyProfile page to see if you qualify). Be a qualified Director or above during each month the participant is maintaining the newly achieved FastTRACK rank. No Volume Grace Months or waivers may be used during this time. *Original Sponsor – The first sponsor of a Shaklee Family Member (i.e., the sponsor at the time the application of a Shaklee Family Member was accepted by Shaklee). FastTRACK Questions & Answers What if the first Original Sponsor does not meet the qualification (i.e., they are either not a Gold Ambassador, or they were not a qualified Director or above during the months in which a participant was maintaining their FastTRACK rank)? In the event that the Original Sponsor does not meet the requirements above, the Matching Bonus will be paid to the Original Sponsor of the Original Sponsor if they meet the requirements (or to the Original Sponsor of the Original Sponsor and so forth until an Original Sponsor is identified who meets the requirements). FastTRACK Questions & Answers What does it mean to have volume outside my strongest leg? For the FastTRACK ranks of Senior Coordinator and higher, a portion of your monthly qualifying Organizational Volume (OV) must come from your Personal Group and First Generation Business Leaders other than the one with the largest amount of OV, to ensure a certain amount of balance within your organization. For example, if you are a FastTRACK Executive Coordinator with 20,000 OV with 3 First Generation Business Leaders, at least 10,000 OV must come from outside of your largest volume leg in each of six consecutive months to qualify for the FastTRACK Bonus at this level. FastTRACK Questions & Answers I thought the volume outside the strongest leg requirement didn’t start until Key Coordinator. Why is it also required starting at Senior Coordinator in FastTRACK? Because you are moving so quickly through the ranks in the FastTRACK Program, it is important you begin early to develop more than one strong leg. That way, when you reach the ranks of Key and Master Coordinator, you are less likely to have a problem meeting the volume outside the strongest leg requirement. FastTRACK Questions & Answers What if I miss a FastTRACK Business Leader rank, can I continue in FastTRACK and pursue the next rank up? Yes, missing one rank does not disqualify you from earning the others. You have: 3 months to achieve FastTRACK Director 6 months to achieve FastTRACK Senior Director 9 months to achieve FastTRACK Coordinator 12 months to achieve FastTRACK Senior Coordinator 15 months to achieve FastTRACK Executive Coordinator 24 months to achieve FastTRACK Key Coordinator 36 months to achieve FastTRACK Master Coordinator FastTRACK Questions & Answers How does the FastTRACK Director two Global Conference registrations reward work? •When you achieve FastTRACK Director and maintain Paid As Rank for an additional three consecutive months and the month before the Global Conference, you earn this reward. •In the month following your 4th consecutive month of holding Director, you will be provided with a special link from conventions@shaklee.com to register in advance for the next upcoming Global Conference. With this special link, you will have the ability to register yourself and one other person who is in your Distributorship. •If you have already registered, you will be reimbursed the amount you paid. FastTRACK Questions & Answers When do I receive my FastTRACK bonuses? Will they be included in my monthly bonus check or will they be sent separately? FastTRACK achievers will receive their bonus as part of their monthly commission check paid on the 15th of the following month after completing the full FastTRACK qualifications for each rank. FastTRACK Matching Bonus checks will be sent separately, at the end of the month after the FastTRACK earner qualified for the payment for each rank. FastTRACK Questions & Answers If I was a Distributor or Associate prior to July 31st, 2012, can I reset my FastTRACK clock? All Members, and those who were Distributors or Associates* as of July 31, 2012, have a one-time opportunity to reset their FastTRACK clock – just by purchasing the $49.95 Distributor Kit, the $49.95 Shaklee 180 Specialist Kit or one of the Gold PAKs. Before earning any FastTRACK reward, one must be a Gold Ambassador. How do I reset my FastTRACK milestone dates? Visit your MyProfile page and click on the banner to the left that offers you the option of restarting your FastTRACK clock (if you’re an eligible Distributor or Associate) or upgrade to Distributor or Shaklee 180 Specialist (if you are a Member). *The Five-Year Rule applies. The Five-Year Rule allows a reinstated Business Leader to be considered as a new (first-time) Director if they held a Business Leader rank for less than three consecutive months from July 2007 through June 2012. For purposes of this rule, a month in which they had a Volume Grace Month or waiver is not considered a month in which Business Leader rank was held.
