Florida Consumer Law Center, P.A. Florida Consumer Law Center prides itself with the experience of our Team – over 50 years. We invite you to meet our Team of Professionals Charles W. Cadrecha, Esq. The Florida Consumer Law Center was formed by attorney Charles W. Cadrecha, Esq. Born and raised in Tampa as a 4th generation; Mr. Cadrecha attended Jesuit High School and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. Knowing he would return home, he attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg to be close to his friends and family. Mr. Cadrecha then spent his first five years out of law school as a collection attorney witnessing firsthand the abuses and harassment the collection industry was perpetrating against individuals. Not happy with being a part of what he was seeing, he left and vowed to never represent a collection company again. He formed the Florida Consumer Law Center for the purpose of advocating the rights of consumers and bringing those who are using unfair and unlawful tactics against consumers to justice. Charles W. Cadrecha, Esq., as a lifelong and 4th generation resident of Tampa Florida, has dedicated his law practice to helping the citizens of our state defend their rights for themselves and their families. He also volunteers in his home town with the Hands on Tampa Bay volunteer organization.
