PROJECT MONITORING

Monitoring

• All project activities will recorded and reported weekly through QGMAA listserv

• Will maintain at least weekly contacts QGMA-Liberia leadership and other independent sources via telephone, email and other available media.

• Each donation will be tracked by donor’s name, amount, city , state and country.

• Each fund disbursement will be recorded and accounted pre and post transfer by the amount withdrawn and received by whom, and the date by the Committee’s General Secretary.

PROJECT EVALUATION

Evaluation

• All project strategies and activities will evaluated weekly and as need teleconferences among project Committee members

• Results of evaluations and subsequent changes or change requests will be communicated to

QGMAA & QGMAL leaderships and the general public via telephone, email and other available media.

PROJECT CLOSURE

Closure

• This project was mandated by the QGMAA Executive in consultation with the general membership and the public in to formulate and implement strategies to raise financial and in-kind resource that can be transfer to Liberia to assist the people of Quardu Gboni to fight and eradicate Ebola in Liberia.

• The mandate is to expired on January 30, 2015 at which time a determination will be made to dissolve or re-authorize the Committee.

• All data generated will be achieved and transferred to QGMAA leadership unless it is otherwise stated so.
