“WHEREAS, upon motion of the National President Hon. Rodolfo G. Valencia, the
National Directorate unanimously approved to entertain amendments in its
existing By-Laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that PhilRES National Directorate agreed
on the following:
That the Interim Committee on Review of Laws andBy-Laws to prepare the
proposed amendments;
To present the proposed amendments to the Board and General
Membership for approval.”

• A database of QUALITY property listings, accessible to all
members, thereby providing them unlimited income
opportunities
• A multi-listing system incomparable to others.
• A consolidation of real estate properties, prime investments,

appraisal.
• Proposed Standardization of commissions, fees of all real
estate service practitioners – members of PhilRES.

 1st National Election was postponed six (6) times
 An opportunity to integrate all real estate

5. New PhilRES Website
Objectives:
PhilRES website was created primarily for the benefit of PhilRES
members and as a tool to:
 Promote awareness on R.A. 9646 (RESA law) and PhilRES as the AIPO;
 Update its members on the affairs of the AIPO and the real estate
industry both domestic and international, and
 Provide education, business and income opportunities.
