Robb Williams
Robb has an extensive background in all areas of Professional Liability. Robb joined Founders Pro in November
2009. He started his insurance career in 1994 with The Westfield Insurance Companies as a Property &
Casualty Marketing Manager. Prior to joining Founders Pro, Robb spent ten years with various operations of
Brown & Brown Insurance, including most recently Peachtree Special Risk as Vice President and Professional
Liability Broker. Robb holds a BS from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Toledo.
Robb handles Law Firms (4 or more Attorneys), Architects & Engineers, related EPLI, D&O, and Cyber/Privacy lines.
Gwynne Wright
Gwynne joined Founders Pro in August 2012. Gwynne started her insurance career in 1999 with the St. Paul
Companies handling Commercial Auto Claims, then in 2003 joined AIG. At AIG, Gwynne was the Professional
Lines underwriter specializing in Lawyers, MPL, Accountants and EPL. Gwynne holds a BBA in Management
from Marshall University.
Gwynne handles Law Firms (4 or more Attorneys), Architects & Engineers, related EPLI, D&O, and Cyber/Privacy lines.

Chris Monfort
Chris has an extensive background in management, sales and customer service. Chris joined
Founders Pro in February 2010. Chris attended PLUS University and also holds a BA in marketing
from the University of North Florida.
Chris handles Law Firms (3 or fewer Attorneys); Insurance Agents E&O; Title/Escrow Agencies; Accountants
and Misc. E&O as well as related EPLI, D&O, and Cyber/Privacy lines.
Linda Wright, CIC
Linda brings almost 30 years of insurance experience to Founder’s Pro. Much of that experience has been
focused in the professional liability arena. Prior experience includes 6 ½ years with RPS Healthcare, a
wholesale intermediary that focuses exclusively in the medical professional field. Linda excelled in various
positions with RPS Healthcare including Program Marketing, Management and Brokerage Sales for RPS
Healthcare. Her most recent position was Area Vice President for the Tampa Regional office. Prior to joining
RPS healthcare, spent 16 years in leadership roles within the Brown & Brown Insurance organization. Linda
holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and holds a BA in Business Management from the
University of South Florida.
Linda is the Practice Leader for Healthcare and focuses on the placement of professional liability, regulatory liability,
cyber/privacy and management liability for the health care industry.
