Fund-raising Activity: Milky Cheese Turon and Cucumber Juice

Mechanics of the activity
Sales Strategy: We will set up a main table as our stock station while sending team members to
walk through high-foot-traffic areas to catch buyers on the spot.
Action Plan:
Step 1: Compare ingredient costs (saba, wrappers, sugar, langka, cucumbers, ice, and cups)
against our budget to lock in our batch costs and total yield.
Step 2: Launch sales for our core items—crispy Milky Turon and cold Cucumber Juice—focusing
on quick transactions.
What We Are Selling:
Milky Turon: Golden-fried wrapped bananas with sugar and milk topping. Prepped in batches of
20–30 pieces, selling for PHP 15–PHP 20 each.
Cucumber Juice: Chilled cucumber drink served in 12oz cups. Prepped in batches of 20–30
cups, selling for PHP 15–PHP 20 each (or PHP 30 as a Combo Deal with turon).
Handling & Storage: Store juice in insulated coolers with ice. Pack turon in paper wrappers and
add the milk topping only upon serving to maintain maximum crispiness.
Record Keeping: Keep a daily log of all ingredient costs, items sold, and daily total revenue to
ensure our initial capital is recovered and tracked for the next batch.
