Three essential personal values in my life are servant leadership, humility, and
perseverance. These values did not come easy but manifested through life events such
as dealing with my condition, SPD, or Sensory Processing Disorder. SPD taught me to
approach problems creatively, willing to adapt. Additionally, I learned about leadership
and humility through my passion project teaching children horticulture. When students
were disengaged, I shifted my approach of teaching instead of giving up, strengthening
my humility and problem-solving. In school and as a future neurologist, I will transform
my experiences into purpose, utilizing knowledge and empathy for lasting change.
