1 Group chemistry, growth mindset, and humility. Unless the group can work in itself, can
overcome internal conflicts, or has the right beliefs the group is crippled. Without humility,
everybody thinks they are the star and is too focused on taking the credit or not putting in too
much effort not to feel taken advantage of.
2 I would have someone very proficient at getting things done. And I would ensure that my
project is in line to attract, persuade and keep talent.
3 Shared Identity would be through a common value or goal. It would be vague enough that
everybody could find an aspect they resonate with. Something like make X great again.
