Question 1 (3 points): Suppose that you are a project manager of a one-story commercial
building project. The drawings for the building are shown below.

Develop a preliminary 3-level WBS for the building. This is an open-ended problem so I am not
looking for a specific answer. Please add extra work packages as needed.
A detailed scope specifies the following items to be included (in addition to other desirable
items and actions);

shown below. There are 6 sub-deliverables (orange) and 20 work packages (grey) identified in
the WBS. Please develop a job logic table for this project. The table should clearly identify
predecessors, successors, and concurrent activities for each individual work package (grey
items).

Based on the given information, a draft job logic (sequence of activities) is identified as
summarized in Table 2. Draw the Job Logic diagram using information provided in Table 2.
