I am writing this letter with great pleasure to recommend my close friend, Gulrez Sufishoeva,
whom I have known for several years in both school and community settings. I have had the
opportunity to closely observe her character, leadership, and dedication, and I can confidently
say that she is one of the most active, responsible, and inspiring students I have ever met.
At school, Gulrez is exceptionally proactive and initiative-driven. She does not wait for
opportunities to come to her: she creates them. One of her most notable contributions was
initiating and organizing a volleyball club, bringing students together, coordinating practices, and
encouraging teamwork and healthy competition. Beyond this, she plays a key role in organizing
almost all major school events and celebrations, including Navruz, the New Year, and other
cultural occasions. Teachers often rely on her as their right hand, as she communicates
effectively between students and staff and ensures that activities run smoothly.
As the class monitor, she demonstrates a high level of responsibility, reliability, and maturity. She
represents our class with confidence, voices students’ concerns respectfully, and always strives to
maintain a positive and cooperative environment. Her leadership is not based on authority, but on
trust, respect, and genuine care for others.
Her commitment extends well beyond school. Gulrez is deeply involved in her community,
where she actively participates in organizing community service projects and volunteers her time
to teach children. She does this selflessly, motivated not by recognition but by a sincere desire to
give back and support younger generations.
On a personal level, she is creative and deeply connected to her cultural roots. One of her
favorite hobbies is weaving beads, which she sees as more than an art form. It is a way of
preserving and expressing her rich Pamiri culture and traditions. Through her creativity, she
carries her identity with pride and shares it meaningfully with others.
Overall, Gulrez is a compassionate leader, a dedicated student, and a socially responsible
individual with strong values and a clear sense of purpose. I am confident that she will contribute
positively to any academic community she becomes part of, and I recommend her without any
hesitation.
