Instructions to students:
INE3060 – Group project and presentation (3-6 students per group)
Word count: Group report 15 – 30 pages, presentation slides (30 – 55 slides)
Weighting: 60%
Due date: See Faculty Schedule.
• All pages should include your group number in the document footer
• All references should be appropriately cited using the Harvard style
• Submit your assignment report and presentation according to the instruction of the
faculty
• Submit your assignment via MS Teams and in the exam room.
Exam question: Develop your group business idea and complete the following
requirements.
Part 1: Introduce your business idea (1 point)
Part 2: Business model analysis (4 points)
Describe the company business model. Identify its customer value proposition, its
revenue model, the marketspace it operates in, who its main competitors are, target
audience (customer demographics), any comparative advantages you believe the
company possesses, and what its market strategy appears to be. Also try to locate
information about the company’s management team and organizational structure.
Using the following analysis methods to conduct an analysis of the chosen business.

3.1. Create your business visual identity:
+ Color pallet, logo, typography kit or Apps interface design (1 point)

3.2. Build your E-commerce Presence (2 points)
+ Each e-commerce presence (website, webshop, web blog) should include 5 posts, 5
followers/likes/subscribes/view. Posts should include text and images.
- Link to front page, back end/administration sites
- Print screen home page, landing page, and products page.
- Highlight the SPECIAL FEATURES of your Web presence.
+ For new Apps, describe Apps as following: Technical requirement, main functions,
operating mechanism, data collection, transaction, cost and fee method, customer
management, others.
3.3. Propose a digital marketing plan for 01 product/service of the company (1 point)
- Market analysis: market trends, demand, keywords/tag (up to 10 tags), plan to promote
01 product/service on E-commerce platforms
- Digital Marketing channels, Tools.
- Develop marketing content for 01 product/service for ecommerce platform.
- Develop a digital marketing campaign
Overall Assignment Presentation (1 point)
Report Format, Report Structure, Readability and adherence to Referencing Standards,
presentation skills, member’s contribution.
