The given table illustrate the innovation in the propotion of lawyers choosing their jobs in different
manufacturing in a country from 2001 to 2016.
Overall, it can be seen that there was an increase in the number of lawyers choosing work in Private
Layer and Bussiness, while the percentage of lawyers worked in Government and Others were
fluctuated. In addition, Government's lawyers always had the highest number through the period.
In terms of Private Layer, the figure of Male was 15% and 17% of Female choosing this industry in 2001.
Also, in 2016, the percentage of Male and Female increased by 4%, with 19% and 21% respectively.
Evidently, both 14% of Male and Female chose Business for sustainable works in 2001. Besides, in 2016,
the propotion of Male remained stable, while the percentage of Female choosing Business rose to 21%.
Turning to Government and Others' industry, for Government, those figure of Male and Female in 2011
were highest , with 45% and 41% respectively, while Others' figure were just 26% of Male and 28% of
Female who chose this industry. In additon, the percentage of Male in Business declined by 7% and the
Business' Female lawyers increased slightly at 42% in 2016. Moreover, number of lawyers choosing
Others changed marginally, with 29% of Male and just 16% of Female, which were lower than 15 years
ago.
