W4 Assignment 1: Personality type
Main characteristics of ISFP (Adventurer)
1.
We embrace a flexible, adaptable approach to life. We dislike strict schedules and routines while prefer doing what feels right to us in the moment like outings and
adventures, whether by ourselves or with our loved ones.
2.
We need dedicated alone time to recharge our energy after socializing with others.
3.
We are thoughtful and perceptive, which makes us relate to others’ emotions easily.
4.
We live in the present, and don’t dwell on past hurts or frustrations.
5.
We are unpredictable – dislike long-term commitments and plans. The tendency to actively avoid planning for the future leads us to doing things at the last minute.
My three core values
1. Gratitude
I appreciate the little things around me like I enjoy going to the Gongguan night market after my evening sports class. I appreciate the sunset and just buying food that I
want to try.
2. Family
Family will always be there no matter what we do and they accept us as who we are. Therefore, it is crucial to cherish and love them.
3. Balance
Having balance in our busy life is needed. While studies is the top priority for students, I make time for family, friends, church and of course entertainment, the things that
keep me going.
I must have enough time to recharge my energy after socializing event. If there is endless socializing going on, I will be mentally drained and physically tired.
In the past, I would give in for gatherings but I have learnt to reject if it is not that important.
