Question 1
To gain hands-on experience in my program of study, I am actively applying key concepts from
my Organizational Behavior and Team Leadership courses to real-time initiatives at Katapult. I
plan to lead a cross-functional retrospective session using team dynamics theories to improve
collaboration and address communication gaps. Additionally, I’m documenting behavioral
patterns in team settings to identify improvement areas in leadership effectiveness and motivation
strategies.
Question 2
This term, my first goal is to enhance team cohesion and productivity at Katapult by applying
motivational theories and conflict resolution strategies from my coursework. My second goal is to
refine my leadership style through active feedback and self-assessment tools, helping me build a
more adaptive and emotionally intelligent approach to managing diverse teams and leading
complex BNPL product initiatives.
