EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc.
Introduction:
Emergencies and Disasters can strike without warning, and being unprepared can lead
to devastating consequences. At Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc., Emergency
Preparedness is a critical part of our safety culture. Our Crisis and Emergency Response
Management Plan is designed to safeguard the health and welfare of employees, visitors,
and stakeholders, while also protecting the environment, company assets, and operations.
Preparedness involves more than just having a plan—it requires training, coordination, and
the readiness to act swiftly and efficiently.
What to Do During Emergency?
1. Stay Calm and Alert.
2. Follow Instructions.
3. Use Designated Routes Only.
4. Assist Others if Possible.
5. Report to the Assembly Area.
6. Contact Emergency Services.
7. Avoid Re-entry.
What to Do After an Emergency?
1. Wait for the ALL-CLEAR Signal.
2. Report your status.
3. Give feedback.
4. Take Part in Debriefings.
5. Support Recovery Efforts.
Emergency preparedness is a shared responsibility. Each employee plays a vital
role in ensuring a coordinated and effective response when a crisis occurs. By
understanding and following the emergency procedures, participating in regular
drills, and maintaining readiness, we not only protect ourselves but also
contribute to the safety and resilience of our entire workplace. Let us stay vigilant,
informed, and prepared—because the time to prepare for an emergency is before it
happens.
REMEMBER: You don’t need to be part of the Emergency Response Team to
make a difference. By staying aware, acting responsibly, and helping others,
you contribute to everyone’s safety.
