Topic: As Earth runs out of natural resources, we have to look to space for solutions. However, some
people argue that this is the wrong thing to do, and instead we should look for alternative solutions here
on Earth.
It has been said that natural resources have been overused and become exhausted. People are looking
for other opportunities outside the Earth. Beside, many believe that it is a wrong decision and we should
pay more attention here on Earth for further alternatives.
Facing the depletion of natural resources, many people agree that human should find outer space
methods. Undoubtedly, the up-to-date technologies allow human ourself to pursue abilities to engage in
activities outside the Earth. Apparently, there are some Earth-like environments that have been
undiscovered. Furthermore, we can initially improve the population crisis with the estimation of global
population in 2022 is approximately 8 billion and on the increasing ladder. Additionally, some reliable
articles show the scientific evidences that the Mars virtually has the climate condition as a remarkable
parallels as the early Earth where human can accelerate the development of the living condition from
extreme lifeless to inhabitable place.
On the other hand, the critics of disagreement about going into space to search for alternatives believe
that human should innovate our thing here on Earth to fulfill our conditions. They think that space
exploration is regarded as a waste of money, distracting governments from solving practical emergency
situations such as pandemics, war between Russia and Ukraine, ozone layer destruction .etc. On a
deeper shade of meaning, the activities of discovering new Earth-like planet and invading it is
deliberately immoral as the same function of the world-war 1 and 2 which the martial nations used their
military force to concur and dominate other countries in order to exploit the resources and predominate
over the civilizations. Instead, it is believed that governments should pay more fund to stimulate
activities of innovation and renewable power.
In conclusion, every people have their own perspective views of life. Nevertheless, despite the forward
hardness, people must not give up the hopefulness about human potential and ingenuity to achieve
what we desire.
