Critical Reading & Writing Responses – 10%
Instructions: In the beginning of each class (first 30 minutes of the class) read the
course outline assigned short essay (from the textbook) and write a 350-word
reflection on the topic addressing these two questions:
What is the author’s main point(s) on the topic?
What is your perspective on the author’s conclusions (agree/disagree/somewhat
agree-disagree) and why?
Submission: Please submit all 10 Reading & Writing Responses as a single PDF
document by 11:59 pm – Apr 3, 2025. (Reflective writing style but please keep in mind this
is an academic writing course so avoid too casual writing)
