Activity Name: Push-Up Pyramid Challenge
Description: Teams compete in a push-up pyramid (e.g., 5-10-15-10-5 reps). A teammate
cannot proceed until the previous one completes their reps.
Duration: 5 minutes
Extra twist: Each round features a different push-up variation (standard, wide-arm, diamond,
etc.).
Training Principle Applied: Progression (increasing difficulty), Specificity (targeting upper body
muscles), Overload (challenging repetitions).
