When Parkingeye rejected your appeal, you were advised that you had 28 days to lodge a further appeal with
POPLA, who are the independent appeals service for parking on private land.
We note that you have not yet completed an appeal to POPLA, or paid the Parking Charge, which is currently
set at the discounted value of £40.00.
If you still wish to make an appeal to POPLA, you must do so before the appeal period expires.
