To apply for a business renewal, please go to onlineservices.bacolodcity.gov.ph,
click Business Permit Application(New,Renewal)

Click Upload New File to upload required documents. Please make sure to
select the department where uploaded files should be submitted.

Click Complete Application button after uploading all the required documents.

A window showing “Application Completed” will appear on your screen.
Please be advised to check your registered email from time to time as email
verification and further instruction will be sent to you.

Once email is received, please read the instructions carefully for you to be
guided with your application.

After you receive an email verification from BPLO, you may start tracking the
status of your application or clearances by going to
onlineservices.bacolodcity.gov.ph

PROCESS FLOW
In the tracking form, enter your Tracking Number or Application Number, and
Business ID Number (BIN). A page will appear with the status of clearances.

If additional requirements need to be submitted, remarks will be shown in the
tracking page, at the same time, an email notification will be sent to your
registered email address.

To request for an assessment or bill, please go to onlineservices.bacolodcity.gov.ph,
and under Services(Request), click Business Tax (Billing Request).

Your assessment will be sent to your registered email address within 3-5 business
day. Please check email from time to time.
Please be advised, however, that if declared Gross Sales is verified to be incorrect,
you will be receiving an email notification to enter the correct Gross Sales by going to
onlineservices.bacolodcity.gov.ph, click Business Permit Application (New, Renewal)
and click TRACKING button, then enter Application Number and Business Account
Number. (Please see 1.k and 1.l)

To pay the assessment, please go to onlineservices.bacolodcity.gov.ph, and
under Services(Payment), please click Online Payment Portal - Land Bank (Business
Permit and Licensing Fee, Real Property Tax, Miscellaneous and Regulatory Fees),
then fill out and submit the form.

After clicking the Pay Balance, you will be routed to the Landbank page to enter
payment details. Please note that official receipt will be sent to your registered email
address within 3-5 business days.

Once clearances and payment are cleared, the Business Permit and Licensing Office
will approve and send your Mayor’s Permit to your registered email address. Please
download and print it out directly on your end. If you want to request for the hard
copy, please visit BPLO at NGC.
