Buenos días a todos, yo soy Luis Lazo y el día de hoy les hablare sobre las
actividades que realizan los Floor hands en este video.

El video es una breve explicación sobre lo que realizan los floor hands a la
hora de perforar, este video fue grabado en una planta de perforación de
estados unidos.
•
En este parte del video el top drive está jalando la sarta de perforación, la
rotación de la máquina se detiene y las bombas de lodo se apagan.
•
Después los floor hands están agarrando una herramienta llamada cuña para
tuberías de perforación y la están colocando en la tubería para sujetarla.
•
Ahora, la tubería es bajada y la cuña es la que sujeta la tubería de perforación
utilizando la fuerza del peso de la sarta de perforación.
•
Luego los trabajadores colocan el top drive en reversa para que la sarta de
perforación se desconecte de la parte superior.
•
Al desconectar la sarta de perforación está saliendo lodo de la tubería y el
obrero está usando una manguera para limpiar el lodo.
•
En esta parte del video el perforador está usando los brazos extendibles para
mover el elevador de tubos hacia el hueco de ratón, donde tres tramos de
tubería ya están preconectados y listos para usarse.

El elevador de tubos se está cerrando alrededor de la tubería.
•
Y el top drive se está elevando junto con la tubería.
•
Un floor hand está retirando un filtro cónico de lodo de la parte superior de la
tubería.
•
Luego el floor hand esta cubriendo las roscas con grasa que tradicionalmente
se llama grasa de tubería y esta usándola para alistar la siguiente conexión.

Si pueden ver esta parte, los floor hadns están guiando la parte inferior de
la tubería para colocarla sobre el tubo en cuñas.

Luego la llave doble automática está apretando el tubo.
•
Aquí el operador esta moviendo la llave doble automática.

Después los floor hands están esperando a que el top drive se conecte
automáticamente en el extremo superior.

floor hand is using a hose to clean the mud.

In this part of the video, the driller is moving the pipe elevator with the long
arms toward the mouse hole.

The pipe elevator is closing around the pipe.

The top drive rises along with the pipe

A floor hand is removing a mud cone filter from the top of the pipe.

Then, the floor hand is covering the threads with Grease and is using it to
prepare the next connection.

As you can see this part, the floor hands are guiding the bottom of the pipe to
place it on the slips.

Then, the iron roughneck is tightening the pipe.

After that, the floor hands are waiting for the top drive to automatically connect
to the upper end.
