Draft Resolution: Guardians of Arabian Territory (G ,O ,A ,T ,) The Security Council, Recalling all the relevant resolutions, particularly Resolution 181, which brought about the establishment of Israel and Palestine from the Land of Palestine and Resolution 242, which determined the framework for peace in the Middle East after the 1967 Six-Day War, Reaffirming the principles of the United Nations Charter, including sovereignty, territorial integrity, and peaceful resolution of disputes, Acknowledging the efforts of the international community, regional organizations, and individual states in promoting peace and stability in the Middle East, Welcoming the efforts of the international community in the peace negotiations between Israel and Palestine, Fully aware of UNSC Resolution 242 passed in the aftermath of the 1967 Six-Day War, Noting also the tensions between Iran and Israel and the death toll from the war in Yemen, Recalling all its relevant resolutions, including Resolutions 242 (1967), 338 (1973), 1397 (2002), 1515 (2003) and 1850 (2008), Believing that the only route to a lasting solution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict must go through negotiations , Reaffirming the right of all States in the region to live in peace within secure and internationally recognized borders, Having considered the application of the State of Palestine for admission to the United Nations, Deeply regretting the continuing conflict in Syria and the humanitarian situation in Yemen, Expressing concern over the conflict in Yemen, humanitarian aid access, and the war crimes committed by the Saudi coalition and Houthi forces , Deploring further the hunger strikes taking place within Yemen and Syria, Emphasizing the need for a ceasefire and a peaceful solution in the Middle East to prevent further suffering and to bring stability , Noting with deep concern the attack on Lebanon, the refugee crisis, and medical shortages in waraffected regions, Recalling the principles of customary international humanitarian law (IHL), including the Geneva Conventions, 1 , Reaffirm Resolution 242 (1967) - Affirms the implementation of Resolution 242, which calls for Israel's withdrawal from occupied territories and for the establishment of peaceful relations between Israel and its neighbors, including Palestine , - Calls for the partition of land between Israel and Palestine as follows: 55% of mandated Palestinian territories to Israel and 44% to Palestine with 1% equally divided between West and East Jerusalem as a corpus separatum , 2 , Customary International Humanitarian Law (IHL) Compliance Reaffirms adherence to the principles of International Humanitarian Law, including distinction, proportionality, precaution, and the prohibition of indiscriminate attacks against civilians and civilian objects , - Appeals to all parties to respect humanitarian assistance and personnel in situations of armed conflict , 3 , Geneva Conventions and Protocols Emphasises the applicability of the Geneva Conventions, particularly Article 49, which bans the forced transfer or deportation of persons from occupied territory and Article 54, which forbids the starving of civilians as a method of warfare , - Appeals for full respect for the Additional Protocols, in particular the protection of civilian populations in war zones , 4 , Immediate Humanitarian Access Demands that all parties respect the immediate and unconditional delivery of humanitarian aid to the affected areas, in particular to Yemen, Syria and Gaza , Calls for the delivery of food, water, medicines, and other essential humanitarian assistance, especially with a focus on protection of the most vulnerable, in particular, women and children , 5 , Ceasefire and Conflict Resolution - Announces a general truce between Saudi-led coalition forces and Houthi rebels in Yemen, to be followed by inclusive peace talks under the UN auspices , - Calls for the end of foreign military intervention in Syria, especially support for anti-Assad groups, and stresses respect for Syrian sovereignty , 6 , Protection of Religious and Cultural Sites - Advocates for the preservation of houses of worship and culture in Jerusalem and throughout the Middle East to ensure freedom of worship for all religions , - Encourages international efforts to monitor and protect these sites from destruction or desecration , 7 , Support for Palestinian Statehood Reiterates its support for the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, based on international law and the relevant UN resolutions, and emphasizes the need for the unification of Gaza and the West Bank under the Palestinian Authority , 8 , Accountability for War Crimes Condemns war crimes carried out by all parties, and in particular by the Saudi coalition and Houthi forces, and requests accountability through international legal mechanisms , 9 , Refugee Protection and Resettlement -
