Office Button: This provides access to basic file management tasks like New, Open, Save, and Print. 2. Ribbon: Displays grouped tools and commands organized into tabs like Home, Insert, and Page Layout. 3. Tab Selector Button: This allows switching between different tabbed tools on the Ribbon. 4. Status Bar: Displays information about the document, such as word count and page number. 7. Task Bar: Refers to the Windows taskbar, where you can see the open MS Word application and other running programs. 8. View Shortcuts: Quickly switch between document views like Print Layout, Web Layout, and Outline. 9. Zoom Slide: Adjust the zoom level of the document to make it larger or smaller. 10.
