Using Word to do a Print Screen
Have you ever wanted to print what is on your computer screen—for instance, a
directory listing? Did you try to use the Print Screen key only to see nothing happen?
Here’s what you do…
Once you have the information you want to print on your screen, type the CTRL key,
hold it down, and type the Print Screen Key.
Open Word and hit the Paste icon.
Whatever was on your screen when you did CTRL, Print Screen will now appear in
Word as a graphics object. You can print the Word document and thus have a copy of
your screen.
