Reviewing previous lesson or presenting the new lesson Greet the students and ask them if they remember what was discussed in the previous lesson. Recap briefly the previous lesson's main points. Introduce the new lesson by stating its objective. 2. Establishing the purpose of the lesson Explain that the lesson aims to familiarize the students with the different organization theories. Emphasize that understanding these theories will help the students appreciate the complexity of organizational behavior. Ask students to recall what they learned about organizational design and its importance in the previous lessons. Introduce the topic of the lesson: the advantages and disadvantages of each organizational design. Inform students that they will learn about the different types of organizational design and their pros and cons. Explain that understanding the advantages and disadvantages of each design will help them make informed decisions in managing organizations.
