The report has 10 points, and each of the points has information about the client: 1. Their identification, 2. Their financial companies, 3. Their type of relation, 4. Their first and final date of payment, 5. Starting amount, 6. Payments, 7. Current balances, 8. History and way of payment, 9. Clarifications or disclaimers, 10. Their past canceled payments. Every consumer has their rights and duties, some of their rights are that they can request to remove any inaccurate information and submit their requests for an investigation. To obtain your report, you must go to the office of the ACP and show your ID card. It's most recommendable to verify your data every 2 times a year to see if there’s in case any incorrect transaction and to make sure everything is fine.
