Said training aims to enhance teachers’ teaching skills and to further equip them with the necessary strategies in teaching. This was participated by the TES teaching staff headed Mr. Deo C. Mesina, Principal I. On the first ay of the training, an Opening Program was held. Sir Deo Mesina, gave a simple message, he also thanked everyone for the support and cooperation extended for the conduct of the said activity. The statement of the purpose and training overview was given by the Proponent and L&D Coordinator Ma’am Jayzel Z. Suarez. After the Short Opening Program, the activity started with the School Performance Review given by the principal Sir Deo C. Mesina. In the afternoon, an open forum and planning was done. On the second day, the breakout session started. A preliminary was given by Ma’am Belinda Pamorada. Ma’am Elizabet B. Mendivel discussed the Strategies in Teaching Reading and Designing/Modifying Materials in Teaching Beginning Reading. This was followed by the workshop and output presentation facilitated by Ma’am Liena M. Ranara. On the third day, the session stated by a Preliminary given by Ma’am Ronna Pamorada. It was followed by a discussion in Filipino with a topic “Pagtuturo ng Kamalayan sa Ponema Gamit ang Estratehiyang Tahasang Pagtuturo”, this was given by Sir Norwin Restum, the School Filipino Coordinator. After his discussion, a workshop followed. Teachers were group into two and created a lesson plan about the strategies introduced to them by the speaker. In the afternoon, Ma’am Jenny Rose S. Negrete, tackled about Applying the different strategies to address common Math difficulties in the preparation of Daily Lesson Plan which was followed by another workshop. On the fourth day, Sir Har Reblora lead the Opening Activity. Rellorosa, the school Araling Panlipunan Coordinator. Immediately after that a Discussion on using the Inquiry-based approach in Teaching EPP/TLE was given by Ma’am Liena M. Ranara as the Discussant. In the afternoon, Ma’am Jayzel Z. Suarez discussed about the Use of Inquiry Based Strategy in Teaching Science. After that workshop followed. On the last day of the activity, a demonstration teaching was given by Ma’am Belinda Pamorada and Ma’am Ronna Navarra which showcase the different strategies learned from the different discussion. Said demo teaching was processed by the School Principal, Sir Deo C. Mesina. At 1:00 in the afternoon, Sir Deo Mesina, discussed the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers. After all the topic have tackled an Open Forum was held to addressed the different queries and clarifications by the participants. At exactly 4:00, a closing Program was done.
