 Go to the Security tab.
 Click Edit.

 In the dialog box, type “Everyone.”

 Check the box for Full control.
 Click OK.
 Click Add again.
 Open the dialog box and type “Users.”
 Click OK.
 Open the Security window.
 Check the box for Full control.
 Click OK.
