QuickBooks 2012 Software CD
QuickBooks 2012 must be loaded on a computer in order to effectively use this book. To support an
installation of QuickBooks 2012, a computer must have the following:








Windows (SP3), Vista (SP1 inc 64 –bit), or 7 (inc 64-bit)
At least 2.0 GHz (24 GHz recommended)
1 GB of RAM for a single user
2 GB of RAM recommended for multiple, concurrent users.
Minimum 2.5 GB of disk space (additional space required for data files)
1024 x 786 screen resolution, 16-bit or higher color
4x CD-ROM drive
Minimum of Microsoft Word 2003 or Microsoft Excel 2003 to use the features in QuickBooks
that integrate with Word and Excel.
Be sure to register the software as directed. If you do not register the software, it will discontinue
working. After installing the software on your computer, store the CD in a safe place.
