1. Currently, I’m having trouble practicing consistency of my study cycle due to stressors. I’m looking for the best way to cope up with it because it’s really important in order to have good grade. Behind all of these I am able to be a consistent student in managing my activities because being organized, taking good notes, reading your textbook, paying attention in class, and working every day are all examples of strong study habits. Although learning can be incredibly rewarding, studying typically requires effort. Through this day I’m still trying to improve my study habits and enjoy studying as well. 2. My terrible study habits include beginning a session without a plan, waiting till the very last minute to begin a project, studying for hours and accomplishing nothing, using social media and mobile devices to distract you, studying while watching television. I’ve been trying to change all of these because I know it distracts me from learning but my biggest problem is consistency and discipline to myself. Locate a comfortable study area. This is crucial, avoid social media and put your phone away, give yourself a rest and look for yourself, compile your lecture notes and join or start a study group , and music.
