Guidelines
Note the difference between question 1 (main theme and
importance) and question 2 is that inQ1 you have explain the
entire surah, However in Q2 you may pick themes from
various surahs and talk about them inclusively. For instance
Baqarah (2:255) and Al an’aam (6:101-103)both talk about
perfect knowledge of God so you can quote both the surahs
and explain a single attritube of “Perfect knowledge”, this is
known as cross referencing.
•CROSS REFERNCING takes your answer to a higher level
rather than talking about surahs separately.

Following is the pattern to answer the questions related to ‘Allah in Himself’
➢ Questions of 14 marks related to the category ‘Allah in Himself’ are
given as compulsory Q2.
➢ Answers must be written separately in different paragraphs.
➢ Answer must NOT to be written with headings or points.
➢ Answer of this question requires a comprehensive detail about each
Passage related to the category mentioned in the question is required to be
written with references and examples.
➢ Different Attributes of Allah with His Aspects, as well as the references
of Quranic verses must be included.
➢ Following is suggested outline of this topic for a well-developed
response.
