Incoming power supply from 3 pin Alternate Current (AC) power supply
to output 220Vac 4 Gang Power Socket
, An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) supply, 240Vac Socket with EMD,
and three Delta Motor
Drivers (Motor 1, Motor 2, Motor 3).
UPS
as a backup power supply (Battery) will operate for at least 30mins if no incoming power supply.
In safety protection operation, there are using isolator switch,ELCB, MCB, fuse terminal block and magnetic contactor to
protect three motors, three delta motor drivers socket and UPS from damage.
Protection equipment as state below:
1. Isolator Switch
electrically isolate electrical circuits from current passing through them.
2. Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB)
a device that protects against earth leakage current that can cause electrical shock
3. Miniatur Circuit Breaker (MCB)
an automatically operated electrical switch used to protect low voltage electrical circuits from damage caused by excess
current from an overload or short circuit.
4. Magnetic Contactor
Basically, a magnetic contactor works on the same principle as a relay, connecting and disconnecting electricity. The
actuators are similar, this device uses a coil, which when an electrified coil creates a magnetic field.
