WHAT IS SELF-CARE?
• Sometimes, we overwork and forget to take care of
ourselves.
• Self care is the practice of taking care of our physical,
mental and emotional and food choices wellbeing.
• If you don’t take care of yourself, it can increase anger,
anxiety, stress and distractibility. Even fatigue.
