Commitment Contract Law.
This Personal Commitment Contract is made on this day, 24/06/2024, by and between myself,
Shreejendra Basnyat, hereinafter referred to as the "Committer."
Recitals
Whereas, I, SHREEJENDRA BASNYAT recognize the importance of integrity, accountability, and
commitment in achieving my goals and living a successful life;
Whereas, I am determined to uphold every word and sentence that implies action, ensuring that my
intentions and statements are pursued with relentless effort;
Therefore, I hereby declare and commit to the following:
Agreement
1. Commitment to Integrity
I, Shreejendra Basnyat, hereby commit to being a person of unwavering integrity. I will ensure that
every word I speak and every sentence I utter that implies action will be pursued with full dedication
and integrity.
2. Promise to Act
I will actively and intentionally work towards fulfilling every statement I make that implies action. I
will ensure that my actions align with my words, and I will not rest until I have made every possible
effort to achieve what I have stated.
3. Accountability
I understand that my words carry weight, and I will hold myself accountable for every statement and
commitment I make. I will keep track of my statements and regularly review my progress to ensure I
am on the right path.
4. Relentless Pursuit
I will pursue my commitments with relentless effort, determination, and perseverance. I will face
challenges and obstacles head-on and will not give up until I have either achieved my goal or
exhausted every possible avenue in pursuit of it.
5. Consequences
I acknowledge that failing to uphold my commitments undermines my integrity and self-worth.
Therefore, I commit to facing the consequences of my actions and statements, understanding that my
integrity is worth any challenge or hardship I may encounter.
6. Life-Long Dedication
From this day forward, I pledge to live by this contract, ensuring that every word and sentence I say,
which implies action, will be honored. I will die trying if necessary, understanding that my word is
my bond.
Execution
By signing this contract, I, Shreejendra Basnyat fully acknowledge and accept the responsibilities and
commitments herein. I understand that this is a binding contract with myself, and I will strive to honor it
with all my capabilities and resources.
