VEHICLE WASHING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
Vehicle Wash Management System is simple and rich feature, It can be used for a vehicle wash reservation
system Business owners can manages online using rich feature admin panel without any hassles. Wash
Manager is a fully responsive and easy to use. You can also integrate with any existing website by using this
Wash Manager.
The vehicle wash management system also allows service providers to create customizable reports based on
specific criteria. The vehicle wash management system has provided business owners with customizable
invoice integrated with GST, clean customer record and customer tracking. The vehicle wash management
system allows quicker customer details retrieval and enables business owners to send offers and SMS. Such
factors are propelling the growth of the vehicle wash management system. Continuous innovations and
integration of new technologies in the vehicle wash management system are one of the key trends in the vehicle
wash management system.
I.
INTRODUCTION
Nowadays there is major problems for the peoples who are working in the multinational companies and have
their own business in metropolitan cities. So they don’t use to go to garages for their car documentation and
other services related to vehicle like exterior and interior cleaning.
Manual vehicle washing systems provides their service to customers during the office hours, so customers get
only limited period of time to wash their vehicle. Existence of online car washing system nowadays has
overcome the limitations of the business operation hours However; there is still a few numbers of these online
car washing systems and most of the systems offered washing service according to their time.
Our project will help the customers to wash their vehicle after the office hours. It will provide the service
whenever a customer requests the authority for vehicle washing. It will also plays a major role in decreasing an
unemployment in metropolitan cities.
II.
METHODOLOGY
Vehicle washing management is composed of 2 User Interfaces which are the Admin Panel and the User Site.
The admin panel is the side of the web where the Vehicle Wash Management can manage the bookings
submitted online. This site requires the users to log in with their credentials to gain access to the features and
functionalities of the said side of the system.
The Admin Panel can be accessed by the 2 types of user roles which are the Administrator and Staff. The
Administrator Users have the privilege to manage all the features and functionalities of the said side while the
Staff Users have only limited access.
On the User Site, the possible clients or customers can explore the different services the business offers. They
can also list the prices of the services for each type of vehicle. Customers can simply fill the fields and submit
the booking form to send the Car Wash Management an appointment request for their desired services.

CONCLUSION
Our project have been taking care of the pain points of the customers, one of the major pain points is standing
in any queue which is why Car wash booking project gained acceptance among the masses. Booking a car wash
service is now easy with car wash booking websites. Our website is built to reach people who do not want to
walk into an outlet without a prior appointment. This way Our Project’s website can target online customers
and offer a convenient car wash service.
