Dear JPICE-LNM Officers,
I am writing to inform you that my son, Loise Louie D. Miranda, will not be able to attend the meeting
scheduled for tomorrow, August 3, 2024.
Loise is currently experiencing a cough and cold, and it is unclear whether this is due to the recent
rainy weather or the smog from the Taal Volcano earlier today. For his health and safety, I am not
allowing him to travel to Manila alone at this time to prevent his condition from worsening.
I hope you understand our concern. Thank you for your consideration.
