GATT: The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade

*WTO ensures the trade flow is smooth, predictable, and free by lowering trade barriers
and tariffs.
-Agreements are negotiated and signed by a large majority of the nations and ratified in
their parliaments. These agreements are the legal ground rules for international
commerce (Khung pháp lý), guarantee trade rights and bind governments to keep their
trade policies within agreed limits to everybody’s benefit.
-WTO was established in 1995 to create a multilateral trading system.
