Compliance Criteria: As referenced in Section 24 of UL 448.
1. Pump developed the rated capacity and pressure (as least 40 psi)
2. Pump developed 65 percent of rated pressure at 150 percent of rated
capacity.
3. Maximum net pressure developed did not exceed 140 percent of rated
pressure.
4. Maximum horsepower required to drive pump was determined.

For pumps connected to suction piping (split case, in-line, end suction, etc.)
insert either “LIFT” for 15 ft. suction lift or “HEAD” for Positive pressure
test condition. For vertical turbine pumps (without suction vessel), insert
“MIN SUB” for Minimum submergence [and] [or] “MAX SPAN” for Maximum bearing
span test condition(s).
