01/07 My Top 5 Exercises to Build a MASSIVE Upper Body (without wasting time) 💪 SWIPE Weighted Dips 02/07 Don't listen to the criticism, these are as good as bench press. I prefer to go lower than 90 degrees because of the stretch, but be careful. This blows up your chest, shoulders, and triceps. Going heavier on these is beneficial: 58 rep range. KEEP SWIPING 03/07 Weighted Pullups The best back exercise by far. It only works if you lock out at the bottom and contract hard at the top. I used to only do pullups for months, and my back blew up in width. 4-8 rep range is what I recommend. KEEP SWIPING 04/07 Barbell Overhead Press This exercise is so masculine and makes you feel strong AF. Make sure to bring the bar down to your clavicle and lock out at the top. My shoulders REALLY started popping out once I did this, even my side delts grew. 5-8 is my preferred rep range. KEEP SWIPING 05/07 Front Lever Rows I prefer these over barbell rows because they cause less fatigue. Focus HARD on scapula retraction. Have a straight body line throughout the movement. KEEP SWIPING Lateral Raises 06/07 After I do drop-sets of these, my side delts ALWAYS look pumped.
