OOBLECK LAB! NOTE: Be kind to others and follow all instructions! Materials: Plastic bag with 100 mL of cornstarch Plastic beaker 50 mL of water Food dye (optional) Instructions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Get a plastic bag with cornstarch from your instructor. Measure 50 mL of water using the plastic beaker. Pour the measured water into the bag with your cornstarch. Close bag completely! (For instructors, make sure that it is closed completely, otherwise it will be a big mess!) After making sure the bag is closed, start mixing the cornstarch mixture by squeezing the bag with your hands, don’t do it too hard or else the bag will break! After 1-2 minutes of mixing, you should get Oobleck! OPTIONAL – after checking with instructor, you can add any type of color food dye you want!
