Guardian of the constituion, We always pride ourselves on the constitution, We
are always proud of how we have come so far, how we fought to create the
constitution and how much blood we shed to untie each other, but I look at you
and realize that the important rules that made us from animals to humans, that
developed us, have been forgotten by all of you. For a long time, we have been
fighting racism, sexism, we have been fighting each other for a long time, and it
seemed that we have left behind the hatred of each other, the rebuke of each
other, the imposition of restrictions, but no, we are still standing here, calling
ourselves the guardians of the Constitution, and we forget the most important
thing, we forget what it is all about, we forget that The constitution revolves
around people and their right to freedom, We swore that we would never violate
the constitution, so why am I standing here and why do I have to defend my client
today, we agree that we are equal in law but in reality we are against it, where
does the 14th amendment go.”no State shall make or enforce any law which shall

of us understand this very well today, it is not logical to talk about this topic
today, when we cannot prohibit love, we cannot define who loves whom, the
right to marry is fundamental, and this human being is deprived of the right to
love along with the right to marry, we are all born differently, with different
aspirations and We have desires, if you really believe in equality, if you believe
that the restrictions on these people are fair, if this is equality, then let us
continue to oppress both women and men,let’s prohibite marriage, oppose all
freedoms and rights, tear up the constitution. To deny some people the option to
marry would be discriminatory and would create a second class of citizens. Samesex couples should have access to the same benefits enjoyed by heterosexual
married couples.if you don’t like same sex marriage, don’t get one, but don’t
deprive them of the right to crown their love with that great event which is
marriage.we understand that it was never in our traditions, in old times people
were against it but maturing is realising that some things will never be the same it
was before. Gays should be given a chance to express their feelings towards
another man because they are humans too. Love is a strong affection for or
attachment or devotion to a person or persons. In this case we arenot only
breaking law againt homosexuals, but againt men in general, there in not much to
debate, because we now what to do when law against people are being broken,
and homosexuals are humans as well.
