DATA COLLECTION
While deciding about the method of data collection used for the study of research should keep on
mind two types of data i.e., primary and secondary, the primary data are those which are
collected a fresh and for the first time, the secondary data on the other hand are those which have
already been collected by someone else. Therefore, data collection can be broadly classified in to
two types.
• Primary Data
• Secondary Data
PRIMARY DATA:
Primary data is collected in order to avoid any mistake due to transcription which may
arise when collected through secondary sources the data is collected my questionnaire
method.
SECONDARY DATA
Secondary data is collected from the companies report manuals and brochures company
records, books, HR reports etc.
This report is based on primary data.

LIMITATIONS OF THE SURVEY
•As the sample size was small, hencec onclusions cannot be generalized.
•Unwillingness and inability ofr espondents to provide information.
•Due to time constraints in-depth study could not be carried out.
•As the strength of the company is big, it was not possible to draw samples from each and every
department.
