The manual "Transcribe" button will also verify the insurance type upon successful
transcription.
The prompt “Please confirm that insurance card is valid and includes Rx BIN.” will be
displayed only if BIN Number is invalid or Insurance ID is unavailable.
The checkbox "Non Valid Card" will be visible at all times (except on insurance edit)
but will be checked only when BIN or Insurance ID is missing. Since it will not be
sending any data to the backend, it will be disabled in the form.
