Choice Privileges is a free loyalty program that rewards guests with points for their stays. Members enjoy exclusive hotel rates and can redeem points for rewards like free nights and gift cards. The program’s members spend more, stay more, and are more likely to return to your hotel! GET REWARDED FOR ENROLLING NEW CHOICE PRIVILEGES MEMBERS As an Engagement Ambassador, you’re eligible for our E.A.R.N. program—this means you can earn 100 points for every new guest you sign up for the Choice Privileges® program, plus 100 points for collecting a valid email address! Enroll guests when they make a reservation or when they check in. PRO TIP – At the beginning of each shift, print out your arrivals list and mark the incoming Choice Privileges members, Elite members and guests who are not Choice Privileges members. The non-members are all opportunities to earn referral points! STEP 1 – Offer to sign the guest up in choiceADVANTAGE. • Validate the customer’s information. • Is the guest unsure if they’re a member? Click the “Guest Search” button to verify. • If they’re not a member, click the “Enroll in Choice Privileges” button. STEP 2 – Don’t forget to add your Choice Privileges member number to the enrollment form to earn your points for the enrollment. STEP 3 – Print the new member’s welcome letter. Ask them to go to ChoiceHotels.com to set up their online account and download the Choice Hotels® mobile app to view their digital membership card, track points and access exclusive member discounts. Remember to thank the guest for being a Choice Privileges member! EARN POINTS FOR COLLECTING AN EMAIL ADDRESS While you’re checking in a guest, keep in mind that you can earn 100 points for collecting a valid email address from them (whether the guest is a Choice Privileges member or not).
