Trading Items like Copper, Additive, Stabilizer & Accessories).
Responsible for service sales for AMC contract renews, repair & service business for direct
customer & Franchisee in Bihar.
Responsible for handling All product complained escalated by franchisee channel & SSD
Service Channel.
Responsible for handling direct customer of All product by our franchisee channel & SSD
Service Channel for Bihar.
Responsible for Direct Customer Maintenance by franchisee Channel & SSD Service
Channel.
Responsible for Spare Management of All Product for Bihar.
Identifying the spares requirement & generate the repair & Service inquiry.
9. Ensure Customer satisfaction and retention.
10. To manage the turnaround time and response time/up time.
SUPPORT FUNCTIONS:
